The 2023-2024 Junior League of Gwinnett and North Fulton Counties (JLGNF) Management Team ensures that all programs are consistent with the League’s Mission and that our efforts move the League forward, in accordance with the strategic goals. It is the collective responsibility of the Management Team to manage the operations of the League through the Council System, which includes Communications, Community, Finance and Membership. All Management Team members have the responsibility to:

• Set annual goals for JLGNF
• Execute the present operations of JLGNF
• Monitor organizational effectiveness
• Manage the capacity of JLGNF
